When T-Mobile opened its flagship store in New York's iconic Times Square, it saw a remarkable opportunity to reimagine the in-store experience. The new retail space was the perfect stage to tell the brand story to the masses and capture the hearts and minds of customers.
Far beyond showcasing solutions and driving sales, the company wanted to use the landmark location to create memorable, sensory experiences that delighted visitors and brought its customer-centric values to life.

The Solution
With the customer front of mind, T-Mobile made a plan: go above and beyond to create memorable store visits that awaken every sense, from taste and smell to touch, vision and sound.
With catchy music already filling the store, the T-Mobile team came to EdgeCraft Packaging with a vision: eye-catching, customized gift boxes for in-store customers that would show appreciation and inject fun into the purchasing experience.
